To create our talent network, we use an invite-only system based on the successful "employee referral" model used by leading companies worldwide. We started by inviting the best people we've ever worked with at the world's leading companies, and provided them with limited invites to do the same - and the pattern continues. We're looking for the people who Seth Godin calls a "linchpin"; people that hold organizations together by combining their passion, talent, and drive to really make a difference.
